Do you handle permits and DOB filings?
Yes. We manage DOB permit applications, Con Edison service requests, and all required filings as part of our standard scope.
Can you coordinate all three MEP trades?
That's our core offering. We self-perform electrical and HVAC, and coordinate vetted plumbing subcontractors under our supervision.
How quickly can you mobilize?
For most commercial tenant improvements, we can mobilize within 2–4 weeks of contract execution, depending on permit lead times.
