RLC Technicians was founded to solve a persistent problem in NYC commercial construction: MEP work that's fragmented, poorly coordinated, and slow to close out. We built a firm that handles all three trades — electrical, HVAC, and plumbing — under one team, with one point of contact.
We work with general contractors, developers, and building owners across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Our focus is commercial tenant improvements — the fit-outs, renovations, and upgrades that keep NYC's buildings running and compliant.
